从 2020 年中开始，Google Earth 被各大平台和各种地图软件下架，导致大陆用户无法正常访问 Google Earth 高清影像。

Google Earth EC

首推 Google Earth Enterprise Client (EC)，它是匹配开源版 Google Earth Enterprise 的客户端，目前仍可通过香港的谷歌服务器访问 Google Earth。EC 的界面和功能与 Google Earth Pro 版客户端非常接近，可作为其替代品。

网页版 Google Earth 也是不错的选择，且功能与 Google 官方的客户端比较相近，地址：https://earth.google.com/web/。

Google Earth Engine

Google 抛弃 Google Earth Enterprise 后，转向开发更具技术前瞻性的 Google Earth Engine（GEE），而 GEE 采用 Google Earth 作为地图，也就是说可以通过访问 GEE 开发环境可直接浏览 Google Earth。

QGIS 插件

以上三种方法都源自 Google 的亲儿子，但民间也不乏武林高手。华人吴秋生编写了针对 QGIS 的脚本插件，可在 QGIS 图层中直接加载 Google Earth 影像，有效丰富了 QGIS 的底图类型。具体加载方法参见：https://github.com/giswqs/qgis-earthengine-examples#3-add-qgis-basemaps。

三方客户端

当然，还可以通过一些国内三方客户端访问 Google Earth，比如水经注、51卫图、LocaSpace Viewer 等，但缺点是收费、不太稳定且不支持三维。
